How to Register

PRINT THIS PAGE FOR USE TO ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT AND REGISTER YOUR CHILD.
To get ready to register for a sport season, you must (1) establish or update your FAMILY ACCOUNT (at least one Guardian and one Player), and (2) be logged in. Registration is a separate process.
YOUR SPORTSOFFICE ACCOUNT WORKS FOR ALL SPORTS AND ALL ORGANIZATIONS USING SPORTSOFFICE.
FIRST TIME USERS - YOU NEED A SPORTSOFFICE ACCOUNT
1. Click "Create a New Account" in the upper right hand area
2. Enter the requested information.
3. Receive your credentials by email.
4. Make sure it's not blocked; you may need to look in your spam folder.
A BRAND NEW ACCOUNT IS MISSING GUARDIAN CONTACT INFORMATION AND HAS NO PLAYERS. IT MAY NOT BE USED TO REGISTER. ONCE YOUR ACCOUNT IS COMPLETE, YOU CAN USE IT OVER AND OVER AT ANY SPORTSOFFICE SITE.
5. Return to the home page, in the upper right hand click "Login"
6. Enter your credentials and click "Login as Guardian"
7. Click "Enter" the GUARDIANS area and complete contact info
8. Create as many Guardians as you want. VOLUNTEERS MUST BE ENTERED AS GUARDIANS.
9. Go back to "My Account Home"
10. Click "Enter" the PLAYERS area and create all players you wish to sign up. Use the calendar tool to enter the Date of Birth and last Tetanus booster.
11. Your program may also require up to two EMERGENCY CONTACTS. You may enter as many as you like and we encourage you to do so.
You may retrieve your credentials at any time by entering the email address linked to your account, at the bottom of the login page. If your email has changed, call 207-357-6017 for help. You may change your credentials at any time, as long as they are unique in the system. Click "edit credentials".
RETURNING USERS - YOU ALREADY HAVE A SPORTSOFFICE ACCOUNT
1. Click "Login", enter your credentials, and login.
2. Review your account for accuracy. It is IMPORTANT that contact and emergency information be current!
3. Persons who want to Coach or otherwise volunteer MUST BE IN THE ACCOUNT.
NOW YOU ARE READY TO REGISTER!
1. Navigate to your sport.
2. Make sure you are logged in.
3. Click "HERE" to register for the current Session, under the Welcome Message.
4. OR, click on the Session name itself, and click "registration" in that navigation.
5. Follow the instructions on each page, through completion.
6. Call 207-357-6017 for assistance.
